WELCOME BACK TO WRSC!
JULY 13, 2023
We are excited to welcome everyone back for our 2023 Annual JR Regatta! Please read through the boat/car parking and kid drop off instructions below. We'll have volunteers guiding on the day of, but it helps if people know ahead of time.
You are welcome to bring trailers or boats the day before (Wednesday) after 4pm. We can accommodate earlier arrivals, but this needs to be coordinated by emailing communications@westriversc.com
For the local teams who often tow their 420s to WRSC the day before, just email us and we'll work out a plan that works for you! (communications@westriversc.com or the chat bubble on the bottom right)
REGISTRATION & DOCUMENTS
Single Hand - $35
Double Hand - $70

DROP OFF, PARKING, TRAILER STORAGE
NO CARS SHOULD ENTER WRSC UNLESS TOWING A TRAILER.
All cars are parking in the expansion lot or the other parking locations around WRSC (see below).
DO NOT ENTER WRSC TO DROP KIDS OFF. Use Riverside Drive or the Expansion Lot
All TRAILERS will be parked on WRSC property, follow guidance of volunteers.
RED ON MAP
Do not park in the WRYH/GHYY/Pool/Pirates Cove parking lots for the day. Good chance of being towed there.
GREEN (EXPANSION LOT) ON MAP
Park here! Follow the path drawn out in green to get there. It's a grass field adjacent to the club grounds.
ORANGE ON MAP
Any of these locations should be fine for you to park in. There is also limited street parking along Riverside Drive.
BOAT PARKING
SUPPORT/SPECTATOR BOATS
RED - Absolutely no parking here. This is reserved for the Hallie Q (WRSC RC Deadrise, Inner Spot), Contrary (48' C&C, Outer Spot), Darlin' (Blue Bay Boat, Outer).
Feel free to use any leftover space once all RC boats have docked! Both are just low-maneuverability and appreciate more room to dock.

GREEN/YELLOW - Park here!
CYAN - Just shallow. You can park here if you want to though.
MOORINGS - We have 4 mooring balls, use them as you need! Hail on Channel 5 for Tender Service
