WRSC is constantly monitoring the COVID-19 situation and how state and federal orders are affecting our operations. We we will continually post any updates we have here and through our various forms of communication (Membership List Serv, Social Media). 

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Q: Are sailing classes happening this year?

Sailing School and Adult Learn to Sail are happening this summer as scheduled. PLEASE have utmost patience, we are a volunteer-ran club. We all have day jobs and dealing with covid-19 has become a full-time job — we are trying our hardest to keep up... We will get to back to your emails. Registration spots will be held by their date of contact - not by when we get back to you. PLEASE NOTE THAT NO OUT OF STATE CAMPERS ARE ALLOWED CURRENTLY PER MARYLAND DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH.

Q: Am I allowed to go sailing from WRSC?

As of May 7th, recreational boating is allowed. Launching from WRSC is allowed, please follow all WRSC and Maryland guidelines. These can be found below under "Safe Boating Guide."
