Shay is cooking up a storm for our competitors this Saturday for our 94th Annual Regatta. This regatta, first held in 1929, is what lead to Our Own Damn Yacht Club's founding the following year in 1930 (doing all the paperwork wasn't fast, even back then). This regatta is for all purposes the birthday of West River Sailing Club! We'll have field games, our bar will be open (prices below), and fantastic food thanks to Kevin Shay! Vegan Mushroom Tacos Sliced baby bella mushrooms in Chef Shay’s own seasoning blend. Served with a crunchy corn shelf or a soft flour tortilla.
Taco Bar Toppings Lime sour cream, diced tomatoes, shredded iceberg lettuce, Mexican 4-cheese blend, diced white onion, assorted taco sauces. Mexican Street Corn Sweet corn (off the cob), Mexican crema, cotija cheese, cilantro, lime, Tajin seasoning. Cilantro Lime Rice, White rice, cilantro, lime, salt.
