As much as we would love to provide full refunds, the planning, equipment readiness, cost of coaches, and other expenses make this challenging. Therefore, our refund policy is designed to balance fairness and operational needs. Please note that a 3.5% processing fee is applied to all refunds to cover transaction costs.
28+ Days Before 1st Day of Class:

22-28 Days Before 1st Day of Class:
90% refund **
15-21 Days Before 1st Day of Class:
75% refund **
8-14 Days Before 1st Day of Class:
50% refund **
7 Days or Less Before 1st Day of Class:
25% Refund **
Once Class Begins:
No refund
