Chef Kevin Shay is back this coming Friday with a special menu just for Fourth of July! A delicious buffet with Kevin's amazingly cooked meats. Starts at 5:30

• Adults $28, Kids under 10 $15

• Watermelon & Feta Salad w/ Balsamic Glaze

  • Juicy watermelon, crumbled feta, pickled rind, sweet balsamic reduction.

• St. Louis Style Smoked Ribs

  • St. Louis cut pork ribs smoked low and slow over hickory and apple wood. Served with a tangy Kansas City Style BBQ sauce on the side.

• Grilled Jerk Chicken

  • Bone-in chicken pieces marinated in a base of soy sauce, brown sugar, Scotch Bonnet

    peppers, and fresh herbs from our own garden.

• Mexican Street Corn Salad

  • Sweet corn, cotija cheese, Mexican crema, cilantro, lime, Tajin.

• Grilled Potato Salad

  • Grilled yellow potatoes, lemon vinaigrette, minced shallots, parsley, scallions.

• Funfetti Cake w/ Cream Cheese Frosting

  • Light and fluffy. A WRSC favorite.
