Happy new year to the West River Sailing Club community! I’m Jahn Tihansky and I’m excited to serve as your commodore for the coming year. Please join me in thanking our outgoing Commodore, Bill Whitman whose steady hand and professional expertise successfully guided us through one of the most transformative years in the club’s history. Registration for the 2026 JR Program opens on December 12th! We're excited for the upcoming year, working hard behind the scenes to hire coaching staff and creating a 2026 Program Brochure (a first for us). Among things to look forward to is a reworked 29er program and other new opportunities. Stay tuned!
